Carrot and Cinnamon Cake Recipe!

Hello everyone, how are you all? First I'd like to apologize for not posting for a while, now I'm back with one of my favorite recipes for this season, which is the best season eveeer. Autumn is here, you can start layer your clothes, wear boots, chill days, hot chocolates, halloween and *whispers* christmas is only two months away...

This is a recipe perfect for this time of the year, joined with a hot cup of tea.

60 min, Easy

4 eggs
4 carrots
1 tea cup of sugar
2 teacups of plainflower
1/2 teacup of cooking oil
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 tea spoon of cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Pre-heat the oven at 180º.

Peal the carrots and grate them. Separate the egg yolks and the egg whites into 2 seperate bowls. Stir the egg whites until a solid consistency, then add the sugar to the egg yolks mix the sugar and yolks until it's nice and smooth, then add the egg whites and beat everything together for a couple minutes for a smooth consistency.

Add to the mixture the cooking oil, little by little white beating everthing together.

Add in the cinnamon and the grated carrots to the mixture and stir everything together for 2-4 minutes.

Finally add in the flower and the baking powder.

Pour everything into a prepared baking tin (buttered tin with plain flower in my case), and put it in the oven for about 35 minutes.

Once cold, add some powdered sugar for some decoration and to add a little bit of extra sweetness.

Dark Lips

Hello beauties how are you all on this lovely saturday evening? Well I hope! Today I was just playing with my makeup and ended up doing a look that I usually never go for, which is a dark lip. I know it's so simple and it's not even a big deal, but to me it kind of is because I usually never use dark lipsticks, not that I don't like it, because in reality I love it, it's just that I never found any that really suited me or that I felt comfortable wearing but I actually do like this one. Since I like it why not do a blog post about it?

This is the Sephora retractable lip liner in 06 deep red. It is a lip liner that I bought some time ago because it was in sale but never really had the courage to use it since it was such a bold color and it was too difficult for me to feel comfortable with such dark lips.
But... since it's Autumn and it's time to use all these lovely autumnal colors I decided to give it a try and don't feel so scared of stepping out of my comfort zone and I really like it. It's the perfect lip color for this season and it goes with pretty much everything. With this look the makeup that I use is very minimalistic so that all the attention goes towards the lipstick since it's such a dark color. Foundation (Rimmel), bronzer (avon) and blush, eyeliner (essence) and a few coats of mascara (essence). I also recommend before applying this lip liner applying a lip balm so that your lips are smooth. It helps with the application because this lip liner can be quite hard to apply without a lip balm.

I ♥ AUTUMN

1. What signifies the start of Autumn for you?
Autumn is my favourite season it's in all honesty the best of the best. It's the season you can layer up more clothes without being too cold and you can start wearing scarves and more dark colores such as black, grey, burgundy, brown, deep reds and greens, you can wear boots and beanies, I could go on and on. Rainy and cold autumn days also mean: movies, blankets, fairy lights, cozy pajamas and hot chocolate or popcorn hmmm. And it also means that all my favorite festive days are coming.

2. What is your favourite Fall scent?
My favorite fall scent is of course apples and cinnamon, it has always been my favorite and it hasn't change.

3. What is you favourite Autumn colour?
I don't have just one favorite color for Autumn, but if I have to say one I know I'm going to be super boring and plain but the truth is that black is my absolute fav, an all black outfit, some boots and a cozy tartan scarve, I'm good to go. But I also do love burgundy.

4. What is your favourite Fall drink?                                                                     
My favorite fall drink is either hot chocolate or a really hot coffee with milk or capuccino as you may call it, it depends on my mood.       

5. What TV show, new or old are you looking forward to this Fall?
I'm not really into watching TV so I can't really give an answer but the TV Show that I'm actually now watching on my computer is "America's Next Top Model cycle 22". Any of you guys watching it too? Who's your fave? 

6. What is your favorite Fall fashion trend?
I'm not really about following the trends, but I've been LOVING seeing outfits with those kind of long (about the knee) blazers if you know what I mean? I believe their called duster coats for women, I don't know. But here's some pictures of kylie Jenner wearing them.

7. What is your favourite frugal Autumn activity?My favorite Autumn activity is just going on little waks with a hot drink watching all the leaves falling, the naked trees and the fairy lights on some people's windows already for Christmas.

OOTD #2 "Casual and comfy for school"

Hello beauties how are you all doing? Good I hope! So this morning I was very indecisive on what to wear, actually I was freaking out. You know that feeling of waking up so early in the morning and all you want to do is go to school/work in your pj's? Well I do. So I came up with this outfit which is really comfortable and casual but you will still look cute for that special boy. And why not share with you?

And this is the outfit that I came up with! I was very comfortable during school and I had classes all day. I think the colors go really well together and it screams fall! The weather was not hot but also not cold so that is why this outfit was perfect for today.

New room "decor" - Fall edition

Hi beauties, how are you? Sorry if I haven't been posting as much as I would like to but I've been so busy with school, it consumes all my free time. But I'll try to post at least 1 or 2 blog posts every week. So, recently I changed some of my room decor (bedding, couch..) because of fall, I noticed that my room was really "sumerish", so I decided to change a few things and share with you.

(Every item in this post I purchased at Primark)

I decided for this season, since I really really like pink undertones, to change my bedding/pillows to dark purple, dark brown and a creamy color. I really like the combination, I think it's very feminine but it's also really cozy and fallish. The first pillow is probably my favorite because it says "snug" and there's floral print, I am obsessed with anything floral.

Next is my couch. This is my favorite area of the entire room because it's where I relax, where I write my posts and where I read my favorite books. The colors are also purple and brown.

This is the owl in the middle of the couch. I think it's so cute and I love stuffed animals. It also goes really well with my new room decor and with fall.

As you probably know I am a candle addict, I light my candles every single day and I love it. I think it completes the room, makes it more cozy and it relaxes me. This ones are in a purplish/pinkish color and they don't smell like anything.





And that's about it I hope you enjoyed this little cozy post, I just really wanted to share with you some of the new things I recently bought and I'll probably do another one more complete in November/December.
