OOTD: A day at the park.

Hello beauties, how are you on this lovely Monday afternoon. It is the start of a new week and I hope it is going amazing already. Last friday, which was a national holiday here where I live, me and my friend decided to go to the park in order to take some pictures and to hang out a little since we don't go to the same school. And I ended up taking loads of pictures, inclusively my outfit which I'm about to show you in a second. Not all the pictures that I took are here obviously, just some that I wanted to share with you.

What I wore:

Plain white t-shirt: Primark

Denim shirt: Tally Weijl

Scarf: Local Boutique

Black skinny jeans: Primark

Brown combat boots: Primark

Egg pudding recipe!

Hello beauties how are you? As you can see through the title I'm going to attempt explaining to you guys my recipe for a delicious homemade egg pudding. It is so easy to do and it only takes a few minutes to prepare.

 Time: 1:40 min.

 What you are going to need:

• 12 eggs
• 1 l of milk
• 275 grams of sugar (2.2 cups I believe)
• Liquid caramel

How to:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
2. In a bowl whisk together the eggs and the sugar. Mix this two ingredients very well until it forms a nice and smooth consistency. Then pour the milk little by little while mixing it all together.
3. After doing all that, take your cake/pudding form and caramelize it using your hands, or whatever tool you want it. 
4. Pour the pudding mixture into the caramelized form.
5. Now it's ready to be baked in bain marie for 1 and a half hour!

If you don't know how to bake in bain Marie or it's meaning, it's really simple. Just take a form/pan bigger than your pudding form and pour boiling water in it. Put it in the oven while it's preheating and once you finish preparing your pudding instead of putting it straight into oven put it in the boiling water. This way the pudding will bake slowly preventing it from burning.

Youn can see how I did it and also what bain marie is in the picture below.

And we don't want to waste any pudding guys so I took a smaller form and baked the leftover pudding mixture.

A day in my life: HAPPY EASTER!

Hello beauties how are you doing o this lovely sunday afternoon? First of all, I just want to wish you a happy Easter, hope you had fun today hanging out with your family, friends, or if you didn't I hope you enjoyed your day anyway. Have you ate a lot of chocolate eggs, or bunnies? Since it is Easter and I wasn't going to stay at home but yes going to my grandma's house, I decided to bring you along with me and show you what I did on this day. This is a post that I've never tried to write before but I hope you enjoy it anyway.

After a long time of hearing my mum calling my name and telling me to get ready otherwise I would get late, I finally managed myself to get up. This is what happens when I spend the night watching series on my computer taking advantage of the fact that I'm on spring break. For my breakfast I wanted something fast, fresh and healthy, so I made myself a smoothie out of a banana, pineapple and strawberry yogurt and drank it from my starbucks cup. Uh I'm so cool.

After 40 minutes I was finally ready and we got into the car on our way to my grandma's. Here's some pics that I took while in the car and on the street. If you know me you'd know that I really like neutrals, like black, white, brown but since it is Spring, I'm getting more adventurous on what I wear, I wear a lot more colors, patterns... since it is Easter I decided to dress up even more colorful by wearing a floral shirt, a pastel pink cardigan, and I even painted my nails blue to add  more colors. A little bit out of my comfort zone, but I love it.

Then I had a wonderful lunch with my family, sorry if the photo is a little bit weird but I totally forgot to take a picture of the food haha. But, you can see my grandma's dog in the back, what a cutie! We had some meat, fries, rice and she also made some "bacalhau" which is fish and a typical portuguese dish. Yum yum.

My aunt also gave me this, and no it is not chocolate but a bunny to put in your closet and makes your clothing smell amazing. 
Now I'm at home, snuggled in my blanket, writing this for you and waiting for 9 pm to watch a disney movie, more specifically "Brave", with my parents.

20 QUESTIONS TAG!

Hello beauties how are you all doing? I've been seeing this tag for quite a while now so I decided to do it myself. It is basically just 20 random questions and I'm answering them. You seem to really like this kind of tags so I do them. Enjoy!



1.Thing you cannot leave the house without?

Well this one is pretty obvious, I cannot leave my house without my iphone! 


2.Favorite brand of makeup?

Uh this is hard... I'm a drugstore girl because it's not only cheap but also as good as other fancy products so I really like maybelline.


3.Favorite Flowers?

My favorite flowers are daisies. So pretty. Uhhh, or sunflowers.



4.Fav clothing stores?

My favorite clothing stores are Primark, Bershka, Stradivarius, H&M...


5.Fav perfume?

My favorite perfume at the moment is Someday by Justin Bieber. It has that floral scent to it, perfect for Spring.


6.Heels or flats?

It really depends, but I am a flats person, it's so much comfortable. But I also like to wear heels for a night out, because it looks much dressier and it really suits our figure.


7.Do you make good grades?

Yes I think I make good grades, not strate A's but yes. Here, our grades go from 1-20 and my highest is 17 in English, and my lowest is 11 in Portuguese which is super weird because I'm Portuguese so I should be better at Portuguese but I'm not haha.


8.Fav colors?

My favorite colors are coral, mint, pink, peach...


9.Do you drink energy drinks?

Nope, I do not drink energy drinks but if I do drink one once in a while, I go for redbull.


10.Do you drink juice?

Yes I do. And I love to make my own juices/shakes with my blender. I mix some fruits, milk or yogurt and voila. Yum, yum, yum.


11.Do you like swimming?

I do not like to swim, I LOVE to swim. If I could I would spend my life underwater. Inclusive, when I was little my dream was to be a mermaid.


12.Do you eat fries with a fork?

Yes I do, I don' like the felling of the salt or the oil in my hands, so yeah.


13.Whats your fav moisturizer?

I really like one from Garnier or Phytomer.


14.Do you want to get married later on in life?

This is a hard question, because my answer is I don't know. I don't know what the future holds for me nor what my plans are. But probably, yes I'd like to get married one day, we'll see.


15.Do you get mad easily?

No, I don't get mad easily but if you cross the limit of my patience, I will get very mad and when I'm mad the last word has to be mine. But I can say that I'm a pretty calm person until someone pushes my buttons.


16.Are you into ghost hunting?

I won't say that I'm "into ghost hunting", but, ok this might sound crazy and you guys are probably going to think that I'm weird but I'd love to see a ghost one day if it actually exists. I do believe in ghosts, and spirits and all that (and if you don't I respect that 100%), but I also have my doubts because I've never seen one, so it would comprove it, you know what I mean?


17.Any phobias?

Uh yes... I have a phobia of pigeons and locusts. I hate them, just by looking at their photos I feel like crying. And I can tell you a little story about how I gained my phobia of pigeons. My cousin had this bird, he was really cute and one day I decided to take him out of it's cage, then he started flying everywhere, my mum closed the door of the kitchen so I had to get the bird myself and he was flying against my head and I was scared to death. After a couple of minutes of chasing the bird, I finally got the bird and put him back into it's cage. Since then I'm afraid of birds but especially pigeons and I have no idea why pigeons haha.


18.Do you bite your nails?

I used to, but no.


19.Have you ever had a near death experience?

No, I haven't. The closest thing to a death experience was when I was at a bus a few months ago and a man started hitting the driver and we almost had an accident because the driver kept driving and stopping the bus. It was so scary I started shaking like crazy and I never shake.


20.Do you drink coffee? 

Yes I do, but not regular coffee I like to add milk and drink it like that. Which is a latte basically. I'm boring.

My spring wishlist!

Hello beauties, how are you? So today I wanted to do something a little bit different, I know this is a very popular post among all the beauty/fashion bloggers but it is my first attempt at writing one, and I wasn't really sure how it would turn out. I decided to give it a try anyway. Since I've been shopping a lot lately for Spring, I've been noticing that my wishlist for this season goes on, and on, and on... specially when I'm staring to try new things and getting out of my comfort zone. So, I'm going to show you some of the things that I've been wanting and I'm thinking about buying. Enjoy!

1 & 2- Both of this sweaters, jumpers are from Primark and I think they are so adorable now for Spring. If you know me you'd know that I live in comfy sweaters and these look so cute and the color is perfect for this season.

3- Probably my favorite piece and the one that I'm most excited about. For some reason that I don't know, I've been loving so much maxi skirts, I think they look so gorgeous and you can make them look very casual but also dressy depending on the accessories or tops. Also this coral/orange color is gorgeous for this season. And it is from H&M.

4- Now for beauty products, on the top of my list are these two products that I do not own because they're so expensive here where I live, it is ridiculous. But I've heard so many great thing about it, I asked you guys on twitter what was your favorite primer and the majority said the porefessional, so I'm pretty sure I won't regret buying it in the future. And I've also heard amazing things about the porefessional agent zero shine powder, and since I have oily combination skin, I think it would be a really good product.

5- I don't know about you guys but I've been loving wearing sunglasses, I use it almost everyday especially when I'm going out and I don't have to go anywhere special so I just wear them instead of makeup, which is way faster haha. But I've been really loving big, bolt and cute sunglasses and these are so adorable, and it's such a nice accessory too. Oh, they're from H&M.

6- Last but not least, this floral head band, crown, whatever you guys call it. I've been seeing so many people rocking these and it can really make an outfit look much different and cuter. It is the perfect accessory now for Spring and I absolutely love it, I'm going to buy it for sure. This one's from H&M but there's also similar ones at Primark.

My 7 facts;

1- Ok this one's really random but I think it's funny and let's see if I'm the only one, I have a really, really hard time at choosing/giving other people presents. Not that I don't like giving presents because I love it more than receiving them myself, but because I'm afraid they're not going to like it, or something like that. I'm so weird.

2- I'm afraid of the future because I'm scared of not accomplishing what I want.

3- I have a list that I made with a friend, with a crazy amount of countries that we want to go in the future.

4- My parents didn't recorde me a single time when I was little so I have no idea how I sounded or anything.

5- In one year I had 3 iphones! The first one which was the white iphone 4, someone stole it. The second one was the iphone 4s in black and the screen at some point stopped working and since I had insurance they gave me another one, which is the current phone I'm using. Crazy right?

6- In the future I'd like to have 2 or 3 kids.

7- I hate the feeling of someone touching my belly button or me touching other person's belly button.It's so weird and disgusting, I hate it. I'm not the only one because a friend of mine actually had this same "fear", so weird.

Mini fashion (Primark) and beauty haul + swatches!

Hello beauties how are you on this lovely sunday afternoon? First of all I'd like to say sorry for not posting anything for so long but I had some problems with my computer so I couldn't do anything, but while that happened I went shopping at Primark, and also bought some drugstore makeup, so now I'm going to show you what I bought! Hope you enjoy.

The first thing I bought was this eyeshadow palette thingy from essence in 05 "to die for", it was super unexpensive and the colors are really simple and nude which is perfect for an everyday, casual look.

Next thing was this lipstick from basic, I'm usually very picky when it comes to dark colors I'm always on my comfort zone by wearing nude colors but I'm trying to try wear different things and use different products and just experiment with more dark/bright colors when it comes to my makeup and I've been really liking it. 

Last I bought this pencil eyeliner in brown in the coloer "teddy".

Now for the mini Primark fashion haul, the first thing I bought was this shirt/blouse and I really, really love it, it is so simple but it has this very cool "croaché" design in the front which makes it a lot more dressy and cute. I also bought it in this wine/berry color which you can see down below. And they were both 3 euros, crazy right? I love Primark.

Last thing I bought was this iphone 4 case for 2,50 euros which is super cute. Love it.

Ok that's about it for this super mini haul, I hope you enjoyed it nonetheless. Goodbye March, Hello April!

Hello beauties, how are you all on the first day of April? Wow. It feels so weird knowing we're already in April, it feels like it was yesterday that I was wishing you a Merry Christmas? Anyway, I just wanted to write a very, very quick and short post to wish you all an amazing month, and I hope everything's going great with you and if you have any amazing plans or anything pendant, make this month YOUR month! It is almost 10 pm here and I survived this 1st day (April fools day) *sigh of relief*. Actually a friend of mine tried to lie and prank me which totally didn't work, it was funny though. What about you? Any pranks worth sharing?
And that's basically it, I just really wanted to say that. I hope March was a great month for you and now I hope April is going to be even better! Have fun, go enjoy the sun (not really ere where I live because the weather has been pretty crappy), go hang out with your friends and enjoy this month to the fullest! Love you all!
